Live-In House Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce zero-tolerance substance policy

  • Monitor curfew and house compliance

  • Conduct or coordinate random drug testing

  • Lead weekly house meetings

  • Support new resident orientation

  • Track and report rent payments

  • Maintain incident and communication logs

  • Communicate weekly updates to ownership

  • Help maintain a respectful, recovery-focused culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year continuous sobriety (2+ preferred)

  • Active participation in a recovery program

  • Stable employment or reliable income

  • Strong communication and boundary skills

  • Ability to live on-site full time

  • Prior sober living leadership experience preferred but not required

Our sober living home is seeking a responsible, recovery-focused individual to serve as House Manager. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for residents committed to sobriety.

The House Manager leads by example, enforces house standards, and helps create a culture of accountability and respect.
